Cabo Surfer Cancellation Policy

As a Cabo Surfer client, you have complete control over any surfing plan
You book with us. Maintaining your confidence is of vital importance to our company and a day-by-day responsibility we take very seriously. We recommend our clients read and understand the following policies under which Costa Azul is governed:

  • Payment

  • Reservation Policies

  • Reimbursement

  • Service Cancellation

The following describes our general cancellation policies and how we apply them.

Surf Equipment cancellation policy:

In order cancel your reservation you must present your receipt, your rental agreement, and identification. We do not issue CASH refunds only in-store exchanges.

Surf Lesson cancellation policy:

  • A 10% charge will be applied to any cancellation made 10 days or more before the surf lesson.
  • A 25% charge will be applied to any cancellation made 9-5 days before the surf lesson.

  • A 100% charge will be applied to any cancellation made 0-4 days before the surf lesson.

  • If the surf lesson is marked as “non-cancelable” or “non-refundable” there is a 100% charge applied for ALL cancelations. This may apply during Holidays.

  • If you decide to end the surf lesson early NO REFUND will be issued.

  • If the number of students diminishes once the reservation has been paid for we may retain a penalty fee.

Surf Trip cancellation polices apply the following manner:

  • A charge of 10% will be attached to the reservation’s total payment if any cancellation is done from 3 days or more before the surf trip performance day.

  • All reservations cancelled between 2 to 0 days before the surf trip performance day will not be reimburse. Along with, if a client did not show up to the excursion, consequences will be managed the same way as it was recently mentioned.

You should keep in mind that some deals and rates do not permit cancellations or modifications. Attending to profundly emaxine the deal and it´s conditions before doing the reservation.

1. Full name of the person who realized the reservation.
2. The booking day.
3. Media on which the reservation was accomplished.

Attention Schedule:

  • Monday – Saturday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.

  • Sunday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Your request will be processed and if the reservation coincides with the cancellation polices, the money spent will be reimbursed directly to your credit card.

Reimbursement Policy

Reimbursement will only be applied to the following cases:

  • When a superior charge from the original investments been applied.

  • For any given case, Cabo Surfer could not realize your surf lesson, surf trip or rent of merchandise.

  • When the Cancellation Policy is correctly applied and the client demands a reimbursement.

  • ALL reimbursements are realized via a Bank media or an direct electronic transformation to your credit card. THERE IS NO CASH REIMBURSEMENT.

  • After 5 to 15 days you reimbursements will be reflected in your bank account. If not, please communicate with us to verify your reimbursement status.
